Return & Exchange
It is our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the Feisol quality product you have purchased. In case you
should still be unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to FEISOL within 14 days of receiving the item(s) (Please note the rules and policies set forth below). We will be glad to exchange it for
a different Feisol product or to fully refund you for the amount of the original purchase price. Note: We cannot refund shipping charges. All returned or
exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box,
and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all

be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
- In order to return an item please contact Customer Service for prior approval.
- All items purchased from FEISOL INC are sold in its original factory packaging
just as shipped to us by the manufacturer. Consequently, they have to
be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, in same condition
as sold, and with all instructions and blank warranty
- To ship, please put the manufacturer's box into a shipping package.
- Please attach no labels of any kind to the original box
- Please obtain insurance for the package and ship using a mode that can be traced. FEISOL INC cannot not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
Returns or Exchanges are excluded for
- Special Orders.
It is at our discretion whether defective products are repaired or replaced for the same or equivalent model.

In the event that any of the conditions above are not met, FEISOL INC reserves the right, at our discretion, not to accept the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
FEISOL INC cannot be responsible for any items left in returned merchandise.
We will give you credit for returns via the same payment method used in the original purchase. For payments made by
credit card or cash on delivery order, refunds will be made by European bank transfer after a period of 10 business days from the original date of purchase have passed.
